This week we're highlighting the work of Avery Williamson, an artist, researcher and writer who we had the pleasure of speaking with on the Weave Podcast earlier this year.

This vibrant pinstripe pattern uses four colors of our 8/2 Un-Mercerized Cotton Weaving Yarn. Weave a set of six towels and experiment with color mixing in the warp and weft for a design that is truly one-of-a-kind. 

This week we are featuring a bright and playful wall hanging designed and woven by Allyson Rousseau using a mix of our cotton and wool weaving yarns. We love Allyson's weaving style (& handmade frame looms!) and she has generously shared some of her design process and techniques with us. 

Make a pair of decorative pillows by Alexandra Forby of Daughter Handwovens!  Using our Italian Cotton/Linen Weaving Yarn, Alex created a gradient pattern by alternating warp and weft colors.

This week's free weaving pattern by Deborah Held is the perfect summer scarf or cowl - a simple tabby weave that can be woven on a rigid heddle loom or a floor loom.
