Duet Cotton / Linen Weaving Yarn ~ Currant
Gist Duet yarn is absolutely my favorite weaving yarn: bread bags, soap bars and bags, kitchen linens of all kinds. I just can’t get enough Duet!
I used Santorini to make the skip dent scarf. The color is gorgeous. However, I would not use this yarn exclusively in a scarf. It is very stiff (which made for great slaying). I've steam ironed after finishing it as others have suggested and it is still stiff. I have another gist pattern where this yarn is used (rhythm) and I'm afraid to use it as it is so anti-drape. I would use this in placements, though. Again, vibrant color.
Beautiful yarn - a bit challenging to work with though.
