Still to give it a go

I haven't warped for the Confetti runner yet, but really looking forward to warping up soon. It looks so beautiful!

I'm going to use threads for an 8/2 workshop in Sept. Can now wind my warp. Feels good!

Lovely pattern

This towel is pretty in the picture, but the warping either involves many starts and stops with knots or a a very messy tangle of threads on the back beam. After warping I decided to use just one color for the weft and a simple warp float pattern. It’s lovely, but I was frustrated.

Beautiful project with simple instructions. Bright textured pattern - mine is hanging on the wall!

A fun pattern

I'm enjoying weaving this! You need to slow down for the warping, but the effect is beautiful. Next time I'll use yarns with more contrast!
