    A bright and festive table runner. The Color-and-Weave pattern in the warp and weft paired with twisted fringe will appear as confetti sprinkled across your table. Order a kit.

    Equipment

    • Rigid heddle loom (Read about adapting rigid heddle patterns for multi-shaft looms here.) 
    • 12-dent reed
    • 3 boat shuttles + bobbins or 3 stick shuttles
    • Fringe Twister

    Yarn

    Warp: Beam 3/2 Organic Cotton, 350 yds Natural, 85 yds Hibiscus, 85 yds Tangerine.

    Weft: Beam 3/2 Organic Cotton, 225 yds Natural, 60 yds Hibiscus, 60 yds Tangerine.

    I am relatively new to weaving. After learning with garden variety yarns I am excited to begin using your quality products. I just finished a scarf with the cotton/linen blend; amazing results although interesting to work with!!

    I'm going to use threads for an 8/2 workshop in Sept. Can now wind my warp. Feels good!

    Lovely pattern

    This towel is pretty in the picture, but the warping either involves many starts and stops with knots or a a very messy tangle of threads on the back beam. After warping I decided to use just one color for the weft and a simple warp float pattern. It’s lovely, but I was frustrated.
