Beam 8/2 is a workhorse yarn you’ll reach for again and again, ideal for towels, table linens and lightweight scarves or shawls. It is wonderful for traditional twill structures and as the ground and tabby yarn in overshot when paired with Beam 3/2 or 3/4.
I have started my project yet but can't wait to see these yarns in a finished cowl

I have not had an opportunity to use the 8/2 Licorice, but have used the 8/2 Organic Cotton in Natural for tea towels and loved it…
The color is beautiful. It will be used as a zinger in an upcoming project. A great thread.
