Dwella is a sturdy 3-ply wool sourced from a blend of New Zealand and English Romney sheep, spun and dyed in small batches in North Carolina. It was designed to be woven into items meant to be lived with, loved, and used over and over again. It will make beautiful runners, rugs, wall hangings, coasters and trivets, and other home items that ground your space.

I love the feel and look of your rug yarn. The wheat has a delicate color that makes it seem almost transparent. It also goes well with other earthy colors.

I LOVE this yarn!
1) the lustre is incredible - to me this is extremely important. All other rug yarns I have found on the market are 'flat' and without lustre. This makes the yarn more lively.
2) the thickness of the yarn is perfect, covering the warp with just one strand and creating a beautiful texture.
3) the colors are superb and fun to mix and match!

I am a rug weaver, and recently ordered several skeins of Dwella in beautiful colors. I love how it weaves up at 5 epi. I have woven a Krokbragd mat and a plain weave rug. I think this will be my go-to yarn for wool rugs.
